FAQs and things to know before using the Customer Support Form below:

VIRUS WARNING On Download or Installation: This is a false warning, also known as a false positive and is quite common with most FS add-on installers because they modify the gaming software, however you can rest assured that there are no viruses in our installers. We check our servers regularly, however If you still feel uneasy just check all the major flight sim forums and you will see it is common.

RETURNS and REFUNDS: SimFlyer has a “no return no refund” policy on all software products. We try to give as much up-front information to our customers as possible before the sale, however we can’t accept returns on software, so please be sure you read all the details and watch the video demos before you make your purchase.

PANEL EDITING: You will need to know how to edit the aircraft’s “panel.cfg” file in order to add our gauges to your aircraft’s 2D panel and/or VC. This is a fairly simple task and we do offer basic instructions on doing this in our installation documentation, however for users with no editing experience we recommend you visit a flight-sim forum that offers help with this sort of thing. There are many developer and end user forums out there to choose from. The flight sim community can be very helpful with things of this nature and it’s always a good idea to find a good support group when attempting to make any sort of modifications to MSFS files. SimFlyer DOES NOT offer any extended support for panel modifications beyond the basics located in our product installation documentation.

* Please Note: Clearance and Freeware products DO NOT qualify for technical support.

We also have a line of Clearance Products that have never been “officially updated” for Microsoft® FSX and Prepar3D® but are still great products and only $5 each!

These are all “legacy products” and are no longer officially supported but were once top sellers in our catalog. Although we don’t offer support on these products anymore they should still work in FSX and Prepar3D® if you can point the installers manually and can excuse the outdated user manuals and installation instructions.
